Falsification of evidence as a basis for review on newly discovered circumstances in civil proceedings

The features of the institution of proceedings for the review of a court decision that has entered into legal force on newly discovered circumstances on the basis of article 392 of the civil code of the Russian Federation are revealed. The list of newly discovered circumstances, according to which the judicial decision is reviewed, is systematized. The article considers the category of evidence used by the court to make an objective and effective decision, and their falsification as the use of information that does not reflect the reality of a civil case. The problems of applying the norms of legal liability for falsification of evidence, which are the basis for the court's decision in a civil case, are highlighted.
