Data of cell immunity at guinea pigs through vaccination and experimental brucellous infection

Functional activity test of polymorphonuclear leukocytes was explored. The Nitro Blue Tetrazolium Reduction Test was used. Immunologic alteration of the guinea pigs after the vaccination through brucellosis vaccines is attended by increase in functional activity of leukocytes that positively reveals in NBT-test. The leukocyte activation level correlates with the brucellosis resistance of the guinea pigs. In case of brucellosis infection in contrast to vaccine process, the suppression of the leukocyte functional activity is observed.
