Performance evaluation indicators for service management employees in higher education: universal procedures

The author addresses the performance evaluation of service management employees in higher education and shows the chain for acquiring the rating or capacity value based on the two integer degrees - length and time. The evaluation indicators classification, previously proposed by scientists at the Russian State University for Tourism and Service (MGUS), can be applied for the description of physical quantities criteria.
