The concept and classification of ways to protect civil rights

This article examines in detail the concept of a way to protect civil rights. The legislator did not disclose a legal definition, so the definitions of various Russian scientists and authors of books and scientific articles will be considered. As a result of the study of several authors, a more universal definition will be put forward. In addition, an analysis of ways to protect civil rights and issues related to classification, namely the basis of division into types of violated rights, will be carried out. Analyzing several authors, an opinion on the classification will also be put forward.
