Conceptual and categorical field of professional flexibility forming for companies’ senior executives

The article studies the conceptual and categorical field of forming professional flexibility of senior executives of companies. The analysis of the literature shows that there is no single conventionally accepted interpretation of the term “professional flexibility of senior executives of companies”. The author studies the terms “professional flexibility”, “flexibility”, “professionalism”, “senior executives of companies” using contextual and morphological analysis, as well as the method of synthesis. During the study the following tasks were solved: the prerequisites for defining the key concepts were analyzed, the logical links between the concepts were substantiated, a refined definition of “professional flexibility of senior executives of companies” was proposed.
