While playing the acknowledged leading part in the technical science, mathematics is much less successful in the humanities field, jurisprudence in particular. To our mind one of the principle reasons for this is that the application of mathematics in the said field is usually tied up with such formalization of the problem domain which is frequently accompanied with this or that computing, i.e. numerical value. Application of such approach in the humanities field more than often comes across principle difficulties.
