In article biomechanics questions when planning dental implantation are considered. The geometrical model of lower jaw with signs of atrophy of bone tissue is constructed. Modeling the design of dental implant of own construction is described. Calculations of stress-strain state arising in jaw at installation of dental implant are presented.
