Building practical training for undergraduates to apply innovative technologies in the process of pedagogical activity in elementary school

The study considers the problem of updating the content of professional training of undergraduates in connection with the adoption of Academic Standards 3 ++. Based on the analysis of the approaches of modern scientists to innovative activity in the education system, the competencies that an elementary school teacher should possess are highlighted. The main attention is paid to the construction of practical training of students on the example of technological practice in the framework of the implementation of the master’s program “Innovative Primary School”. The author defines the goals and objectives of technological practice, shows its capabilities in shaping the experience of innovative activity among students of the master’s program. Using the example of the organization of professional training of undergraduates, we consider the system of forming components of competencies both within the framework of theoretical training and in the process of organizing practice. Mastering innovative methods and technologies within the framework of practice can become one of the effective ways of developing the necessary competencies of a modern elementary school teacher.
