The potential deformation of elastic parallelepiped

The potential part of the solution, for which shear stresses on the free surface and within the field are always zero, has been highlighted. In the absence of non-zero values of the shear stresses in the boundary conditions and because of the uniqueness of solution, this part is a complete solution of the problem of the theory of elasticity. In addition, a scheme for solution a solenoidal (vortex) part of the problem has been described. Particular attention is paid to the description of an efficient iteration-difference technology of potential calculation of displacement in the elastic incompressible medium.
