Repetitions as a means of expressing emotional impact in Buryat causative structures

For the first time, the article considers repetitions as a means of expressing emotivity in causative constructions of the Buryat language. The object of the research is causative constructions representing emotions in the Buryat language. The main purpose of the work is to consider repetitions as a means of expressing emotions, to identify the specifics of their use in causative constructions in the Buryat language. It is shown that repetition is a means of enhancing the emotive potential of a causative construction. Repetition as an emotive intensifier increases the emotionality of the statement, its expressiveness. We have revealed repetitions in the form of tautological combinations of participles and causative emotives, synonymous and affixal repetitions. The main functions of repetition in the causative construction are intensification of the emotional impact on the causated object, as well as fixing the focus of attention on the causated emotion, its accentuation, actualization of semantics.
