Increasing the efficiency of small and medium-sized businesses through improvement of the digital information exchange system

This article examines the high labor intensity of processing incoming digital information, a pressing issue for small and medium-sized businesses. The study analyzes the main channels of information exchange within the organization and with contractors, identifies factors negatively impacting employee productivity, and substantiates the feasibility of improving digital document management systems through the implementation of natural language processing software. The findings demonstrate that the use of such solutions can reduce staff workload, speed up message processing, and improve overall organizational efficiency
