Improving the efficiency of the educational process through a positive impact on the socio-psychological comfort of studying in educational university environment

The educational process at a university is training of a specialist, it involves professional training and students’ personal development and is regulated by a large number of regulations and guidance documents, current and changing pedagogical system. However, in today’s higher and postgraduate education, there is no uniform system of psychological maintenance of trainees. Training at a university is the process of interaction between the student with educational university environment, so it seems important to consider the learner’s adaptation to this environment. The author reveals a psychological phenomenon, that is the learner’s socially-psychological comfort in university educational environment the concept of which along with the concept of personal adaptation potential developed by Maklakov A.G. is the basis of methodology provisions of psychological service. The study of effective psychological maintenance department basing on the concept of socially psychological comfort proved that successful learning has considerably changed and subjective assessment made by the students of their educational environment in high school has improved.
