Advanced training of teachers as condition to prevent asocial behavior among students

The academic staff demonstrate a low level of qualification in preventing the asocial behavior of university students. This fact poses a serious problem for the educational process and threatens the well-being of students. The solution to this problem is to advance the qualification of teachers involved in the prevention of students' asocial behavior. The research aims to develop, implement, and test the advanced training program “Prevention of asocial behavior among university students”. The program provides teachers with the opportunity to enhance the knowledge and develop skills in the prevention of students' asocial behavior. This knowledge and skills contribute to improving the educational environment and effective social support for students. As a result of the program implementation, the competence level of teachers in preventing students' asocial behavior was measured. The results showed a significant increase in competence, which in turn leads to an improvement in the quality of prevention of students' asocial behavior.
