Improving the cognitive motivation of military university cadets in studying physics

The article lists the features of teaching Physics, that enhance the development of cognitive activity of students and its realization in discharging military specialist professional duties. Classication of the motivations of students' learning activities is given. Allocated levels cognitive interest development of cadets, their characteristics, the criteria for determining levels of cognitive motivation of cadets are specied. Peculiarities of organization of their independent work on physics classes are designated. The conditions for development of cognitive motivation of cadets in the process of studying Physics are formulated: using multi tasks with professional orientation, organization of various kinds of creative independent work on cadets basis of consistency, systematicity and professional orientation
