Pragmatic competence in teaching foreign language communication

The article deals with the importance of the development of the pragmatic competence as a necessary component of the language education. There are considered the possible situations of communication (particularly the expression of displeasure and complaint) as a speech act, there are distinguished the determined linguistic strategies and options building with the help of the language models of the corresponding pragmatics in its contents. There are given the examples of the learning activities directed to the development of the pragmatic skills.
