Praxiological technology assistance self-development of university teachers in leisure and cultural activities

The article presents the technology praxeological empowerment teacher of high school in the cultural and leisure activities, which involves pedagogically built by joint efforts of teachers and tutors, in specially created conditions that determine the desired development, while maintaining (recovery of) physical, mental and spiritual strength. Consideration of the self as a system process and the result led to the logic of building technology: self-development as a result of the objectives fixed technology; self-development of the system reflected the content of technology; self-development as a process is represented in the forms, methods, means and conditions of implementation of the technology. Stages of the technology: diagnostics and educational; technological and motivational assessment and correction. Particular attention is given to the characteristic didactic-feliksologicheskoy protection of human life and the maintenance of the complex psychological and pedagogical conditions for effective empowerment of the teacher of high school in the cultural and leisure activities. Identified psychological and pedagogical conditions in the aggregate represent necessary and sufficient conditions that create the most favorable environment for successful self-development teacher of high school in the cultural and leisure activities. Each of the presented conditions implemented in practice if didactic-feliksologicheskoy living environment, which is characterized as an emotionally-rich unity of professional, cultural, recreational, social and family environments, providing a positive impact of varying intensity in the self-development of the teacher of high school in the cultural and leisure activities.
