The practice of integrating media education technologies into foreign language teaching

The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the use of media education technologies in the process of teaching English at universities of Armenia. Issues of integrating media education into the process of teaching English as a foreign language have been discussed. Both positive and negative aspects of this process have been identified. The experience of universities in English speaking countries has been analyzed. The possibilities of combining the most effective traditional teaching methods with media technologies have been considered
