The right of ownership and ways to protect it

The article highlights the issue of choosing a method of protecting property rights as an integral part of property law. The methods of protecting property rights are considered, the issues of fair and unfair ownership of property are considered, the main problem areas that courts face are highlighted. At the end of the work, it was concluded that currently there are several legal ways to protect property rights at the same time, the procedure of which is regulated by law.
