Legal resocialization of juvenile convicts and principles of their pedagogical maintenance

The paper focuses on the laws and principles of pedagogical maintenance of juvenile convicts during legal resocialization from the aspect of minimization of social risks in this sphere. The first group of risks includes the problems of subjective character reflecting personal deformation of juvenile offenders, the other group is connected with difficulties of objective character determined by the social environment. The content of laws and principles direct us to creation and usage of means providing the formation of juveniles’ readiness to construct and implement life prospects basing on the potential of legal sphere. The laws reflect dependence of legal resocialization on the increasing juvenile convict contacts with legal values and his acquisition of social legal experience. These laws underlie specific principles which effectiveness is proved by the theoretical analysis and empirical study.
