Legal support for the formation of the bankruptcy estate in bankruptcy proceedings: development and prospects of resolution in a dynamic economy

The article discusses the results of the author's research on the formation of the bankruptcy estate and the prospects for resolution in a dynamic economy in the event of debtor insolvency. This article specifically examines a set of issues related to the formation of the debtor's bankruptcy estate (expansion of the bankruptcy estate at the expense of intangible assets, inclusion of non-traditional objects in the bankruptcy estate) and also considers such an issue as regulating the status of foreign creditors.
