Legal regulation of state environmental supervision

The article discusses the features of the legal regulation of environmental supervision in the Russian Federation. The author analyzes the system of regulatory legal acts regulating the procedure for environmental supervision. The article also explores some features of establishing the procedure for environmental supervision in the regions, within the framework of the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. The author also studies the positions of scientific doctrine affecting the key problems of modern legal regulation.
