Problems of implementation of state environmental control (supervision) and ways to solve them

The article discusses the problems of state environmental supervision, the distribution of powers between regional and federal regulatory authorities. Problems of pre-trial and judicial appeal of the results of state environmental control have been identified. Solutions to the identified problems were proposed, including through amendments and additions to current legislation.
