Legal regulation of environmental regulation of the oil and gas industry in Russia

This article analyzes the legislation in relation to ensuring environmental safety related to the objects of the oil and gas complex of Russia. This article also discusses technical regulation for the use of linear facilities in the oil and gas complex. Also, the article identifies the main gaps in the legislation. At the same time, they offer their own options to fill these gaps.
