Case law-important text in the system of linguistic and cultural-oriented teaching of Russian non-linguistic university students

The linguistic and regional system of work with precedent text creates the basis for the formation of linguocultural competence of students. This competency requires the ability to adequately decode a case phenomenon. The article says that the study of the precedent text-phenomenon in contrast to subjectively selected topics has a huge linguistic and cultural significance, especially for the implementation of communication at the intercultural level. In fact, this is manifested in an adequate understanding of the participants of the communication act belonging to different national and cultural communities.
