The article describes the conditions for conflict prevention among school adolescents, particularly, the author focuses on development of teacher’s competence of conflict management, positive qualitative adaptation of teenagers to educational and cognitive activities, development of their social and communicative activity, and establishment of creative educational environment in a secondary school.
