The article examines the impact of digital technologies on the management of hotel businesses. It examines how the integration of artificial intelligence contributes to process optimization, increased efficiency, and improved customer service. The results show that the integration of this digital technology into the hotel business model significantly improves management efficiency, optimizes service operations, and increases customer service. The article offers recommendations for successful digital transformation, including strategic planning, investment in staff training, and infrastructure development.
