Contemporary faculty: potential transformation profiles

The transformation of work of faculty members at the background of changes in the educational environment and in the society is considered: the change from the lecturer’s role, transferring knowledge, to the role of their coordinator, where the great responsibility for the educational results, the academic transparency of activity and the pedagogical support of professional choice of students is observed. The results of study can be used with the purpose of professional training of future teachers and in the process of organizing the courses of further training.
