Infectious and invasive diseases of aquaculture objects cause significant economic damage to fish farms and enterprises. Their occurrence is usually associated with a decrease in non-specific resistance of aquatic organisms as a result of exposure to stress factors, including high stocking density. It is possible to influence the immunity of fish using biogenic immunotropic drugs that are highly effective, safe and convenient to use. In the course of this research work, two experiments were conducted. The object of the first research work was carp, the second - Lena sturgeons. Aquabionts were formed into groups based on the principle of analog groups: experimental and control, 50 heads each. The fish in the control groups received the usual compound feed according to the feeding standards, while the biogenic feed additive Akwa- Biot-Activ was additionally introduced into the diet of the experimental group fish in each study. Against the background of the use of the biogenic feed additive Akwa-Biot-Activ, a significant increase in the absolute number of leukocytes is observed in fish (by 54.77% in carp and 15.78% in sturgeons), while in sturgeons there is a decrease in the relative number of neutrophils (by 3.75%), basophils (by 50%) and eosinophils (by 34.62%). This indicates a high degree of development of the cellular component of the immune system. In addition, the fish of the experimental groups significantly increased the immunity indices: bactericidal activity of blood serum increased by 3.7% in carp and by 4.6% in sturgeon; phagocytic activity of neutrophils increased by 4.07% in carp and by 5.0% in sturgeon; the concentration of the proteolytic enzyme lysozyme increased by 31.25% in carp and by 142.7% in sturgeon. This directly confirms the activation of the cellular and humoral links of non-specific resistance. In addition, the effect of Akwa-Biot-Activ on the chemical composition of muscles was reliably confirmed carp and sturgeon: crude protein content increased (by 4.08% in carp and 4.1% in sturgeon), crude fat concentration decreased (by 0.08% in carp and 3.18% in sturgeon), and moisture content decreased (by 4.43% in carp and 0.6% in sturgeon). As a result of the research work, a biogenic feed additive based on protein components and immunotropic agents was tested to realize the bioresource potential of fish by activating non-specific and specific factors protecting the body from environmental and technological pressure, and preventing infectious and invasive diseases, contributing to the competitiveness and efficient functioning of fish farms.
