Generators in computer methods of teaching

A class of education programs, designed to use for test questions generation is considered. Generalized structure and operation algorithm are described. Basic properties of the generator program(s) are listed. Examples of generator programs are provided, ready to apply for educational knowledge testing process organization. A tested technology of generator programs as applied in computer training programs and textbooks is considered. Experience of generator(s) application in a real educational institution in Tomsk interuniversity center of distance education is given for consideration.
