Application of analytical tools for forecasting and HR management

This article analyzes the application of analytical tools in forecasting HR processes and practical HR management in organizations operating in conditions of high uncertainty and increasingly complex labor relations. The study is based on the position that HR analytics is not a set of formal calculations, but a method for meaningful human capital management based on identifying cause-and-effect relationships between management decisions and employee behavior. The paper examines key areas of analytical data use in headcount planning, recruitment, turnover management, and talent development. Particular attention is paid to two issues hindering the practical impact of analytics: the low quality and fragmentation of HR data, as well as the gap between analytical findings and actual management decisions. The author proposes approaches to addressing these challenges, based on rethinking the principles of developing HR indicators and using scenario analysis in HR policy. The findings demonstrate that analytical tools can generate feasible predictive models and improve the validity of HR decisions, provided they are meaningfully interpreted and integrated into the organization's management logic.
