The system of higher professional education reflects the main trends in the social, scientific and technical development of the country and is increasingly focused on training specialists who are capable and ready to solve professional problems quickly, efficiently and variably. The preparation of bachelors in the direction of «Linguistics», in addition to the subsystem of developing students’ professional competencies, includes a subsystem of developing their language and speech skills. The main means of implementing professional programs at a university is the educational and methodological complex, which is a systemic conglomerate of basic and auxiliary teaching aids. The development of teaching materials, in addition to thetraditional format associated with the implementation of this task by the teacher himself, can be carried out using the latest technologies, in particular artificial intelligence.The purpose of the article is to conduct a comprehensive analysis of methodological and technological solutions in the development and evaluation of the effectiveness of the implementation of traditional teaching materials and teaching materials created using neural networks. The author pays special attention to the basic principles of working with artificial intelligence when creating teaching materials. Artificial intelligence is considered as an innovative technology that allows you to create programs and systems for various industries. Parameters of the effectiveness of the implementation of educational and methodological complexes created using neural network technologies were described.
