Application of Osterwalder’s canvas in the analysis of the company’s business processes

This article examines the business model of an organization specializing in the construction and repair of highways. The main analysis tool is Osterwalder’s canvas, which allows you to systematize and visualize key elements of business processes. The study identified the main consumer segments, value propositions and revenue streams, which allows us to assess the company’s competitive advantages. The results of the analysis show that a high degree of vertical integration and the availability of qualified personnel contribute to the formation of trust on the part of customers and ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations at a high level. The results of the study confirm that the application of the Osterwalder canvas is an effective approach for strategic planning and optimization of the business model, which in turn contributes to increasing the competitiveness of the organization in the market.
