The authors of the article prove the appeal to the competence approach for specialists’ training e.f. in the Fire Safety direction as to one of innovative processes in education. The necessity of motivation development to professional activity e.f. foreign language education is proved. Use of authors’ teaching aids of professional purposefulness and educational-professional measures (environment) in the agrarian university facilitate the effective training of specialists in the Fire Safety direction.
