Application of greases with ultradispersed metal-cladding powder in roller bearings of oil and gas technological equipment

The paper assesses the effectiveness of the grease with the addition of ultrafine metal cladding powder to reduce the wear of roller bearings of oil and gas equipment is considered. The possibility of application of ultrasize copper-contained powders as a metal cladding additions for industrial lubricants was shown and the possibility of increasing the durability of rolling bearings by using grease with ultrasize powders. The results analysis of studies of the effect of lubricants on the friction forces and the intensity of the samples wear of rolling bearing are presented.
