Example of determination of relative efficiency of a dezaksial internal combustion engine

The method of calculation of parameters of a dezaksial internal combustion engine, such as work of friction forces in couple the piston-cylinder and work of gas on an engine shaft was described. On a concrete example it was shown that the dezaksialness allows to reduce losses of friction (so and wear) in couple the piston-cylinder more than twice at what work of gas on a shaft increases approximately by four percent - i.e. the efficiency of dezaksial internal combustion engine increases.
