Approximate methods of monitoring and evaluation of quality training of the university staff

The article analyzes the possibilities of applying the monitoring and quality control methods, traditional for industry and services, in education. The authors provide a format for invariant monitoring technique that will enable educators to conduct self-evaluation and audit of various activities.
