Principled approaches to the management of quality of educational potential of trade resources of machine-building enterprises determined by the orientation on the support of competitiveness

The article deals with the problem of ensuring the competitiveness of Russian machine-building enterprises. Under the conditions of aggravation of competition, solution of this problem is connected with the optimal formation and use of labor resources. The author describes one of the ways of solving this problem. It is the creation of the educational potential equivalent to the requirement of growing competitiveness. The notion of quality of the educational potential is defined. The principles of effectiveness, prospective and continuity of quality management of educational potential of the machine-building enterprise are described.
