Universalism principles as a basis to control human potential development in an educational mega-project

He problem of universalism as a tool to develop human potential in the process of an educational mega-project is discussed. It is supposed that the solution of the problem of human potential realization can be started already in the first year within the subject ‘General Management Training’. It is maintained that the increasing level of the formed universal competences in the megaproject can be both the goal and the means of personal and professional development. The necessity to take into account the specific principles of general management training organization in educational mega project participation is substantiated.
