Acquired hemolytic anemia membranopathy of non-immune origin (lecture). Part 3

Acquired hemolytic anemias (HA) of non-immune origin are anemias which casracterized by accelerated erythrocytes destruction and formation of their decacy products, increase in indirect bilirubin, and a reactive increase of erythropoiesis due to external or internal factors. In this part of lecture are presented the concepts of each nosological form of the disease, epidemiology, classification, etiology, pathogenesis, the main clinical and laboratory criteria which used for the diagnosis of individual diseases, and so are given the clinical picture, differential diagnosis and treatment of acquired HA. The lecture will be of interest to an audience of hematologists, internists, pediatricians, transfusiologists who improve their qualifications, as well as clinical residents and students of medical universities.
