The problem of reading reception of translated text at the lessons of Literature in high school

The peculiarities of the development of reading literacy of senior high school students in the process of studying the translated text at the lessons of Literature are analyzed. The work with the different variants of translation of the fairy-tale-parable “Animal Farm” by George Orwell allowed to open up the possibilities of the integration of the Humanitarian disciplines and to consider the language stereotypes in the reception of the images of fictional work.
