The Problem of Forming Students’ Moral Values in the Educational Environment

The article considers the current problem of youth awareness of moral values, their role in the formation of a full-fledged personality in the context of transformational processes in Russian society, because depending on the chosen value bases, the conceptualization of education and the formation of a personality take place. It is known that adolescence is sensitive, favorable for the formation of moral values, the formation of value orientation as a stable property of the personality, contributing to the formation of a worldview. The study and detailed analysis of the value representations of university students makes it possible to determine the further strategy of their training and moral development. As a result of the study, students' ideas about the moral qualities of a person, moral values, and some contradictions in judgments regarding the moral qualities of students were identified and characterized. Opportunities have been identified for solving the problem of forming moral orientations of students in the educational and educational environment of the university.
