The problem of the hygienic estimation of the school educational technologies in the position of the neurodidactics is discussed in the artical. The results of the research of the psychiatric and physical health of the modern schoolchildren are represented in the article. They show that the most children during school training get different chronic diseases. Among the main factors leading to the health violation are seen first of all didactic-genetic factors connected with ignorance of individual neuropsychological and neurophysiological the peculiarities of schoolchildren; they are: the temperament, sensor-perception organization, lateral profile of the brain. The article gives the main neurodidactics demands to the educational process. They are determined by the necessity of the calculation of the main peculiarities, which let to low the risk of didactic- genetic stresses of schoolchildren.
