A big problem for a young teacher is psychological adaptation to the teaching staff and administration of the educational institution - it is necessary to create psychological support groups, consisting of psychologists and teachers. For students and employees of educational institution, the work should be carried out not only in the form of trainings, lectures, but also using such forms as brainstorming and a round table, where everyone's opinion will be heard, accepted for consideration without condemnation.
