The author considers global education as an educational megasystem integrating progressive pedagogical experience and advanced training technologies of all state national education systems. As there are no identical teachers and children there cannot be effective use of any progressive pedagogical technologies, techniques and skills without taking into account features of individual teacher and pupils style. Here lies the main psychological and pedagogical problem of modernization.
