A possibility to solve the problem of educational organization sustainable development in the negative environmental impact is discussed. Special attention is paid to curriculum organization during mass disease. Advanced SWOT analysis on the basis of expert assessment is proposed as a nine stages algorithm by the example of MIDIS, the obtained data are analyzed and managerial decisions are offered.
