The structure of the problem factors of professional and pedagogical orientation is studied among which you can enumerate economical, social, organizational, pedagogical and psychological difficulties of teachers and students. The arguments about mechanisms of resistance to the difficulties are summarized. The algorithm of overcoming problem factors of professional and pedagogical orientation of high school students is stated.
