Problems of distance learning in the discipline "Physical culture"

The article is devoted to organizational and methodological aspects of using distance education in the theoretical training of students in the discipline "Physical culture". The article analyzes the results of the introduction of remote technology in the educational process aimed at the implementation of training activities. The article also discusses the essence of distance learning, its state at the present stage. In this article, a study is conducted to study the effectiveness of using the distance learning system in the process of physical education of students, the advantages and disadvantages of teaching by teachers and obtaining education by students through distance learning are identified.
