Problems of building law students’ oral communication skills within the multilevel system of education

The article considers the problem of building up law students’ oral speech communication competency and the influence changing of priority control methods in the system of school and higher education has on it. The author presents the results of empirical research, makes the recommendations concerning forms and methods of organizing educational process in higher school which facilitate compensatory development of the corresponding skills.
