Problems and prospects of indicators for monitoring the quality of vehicles in service

In the present article the problem relating to the definition of the development prospects of the process of monitoring the quality of high-tech engineering products, during the operation, according to economic parameters. Historically, enterprises that produce road transport, when developing and implementing a monitoring system still focuses on quantitative indicators reflecting the level of defects of new cars in service. Meanwhile, the organization of monitoring indicators reflecting the level of costs for the removal of production or design defects during the warranty operation, allows for a more complete investigation of the quality of products, more effectively and efficiently respond to crisis situations. That is why in the present study carried out a detailed analysis of the current situation with the definition of the advantages and disadvantages of analytical tools used today, and is developed and implemented, based on real data from the operation of vehicles, the new system for monitoring the quality of economic parameters, which solves the problem issues highlighted.
