Problems of motivation and stimulation in the civil service

The quality of public administration largely depends on the effective work of civil servants. Their activities are associated with great responsibility in terms of implementing state decisions, meeting the needs of citizens.The article reveals the problems of motivation in the civil service. In the course of the study, the motives for admission and work in the state civil service were identified, incentive methods significant for civil servants were identified. Based on the research, the author identifies the problems of implementing the selected methods of stimulation.
